Alyssa Ellis is a prolific researcher and has obtained a B.A. in History and a B.A. in Political Science from Oregon State University. She has over 20 years of genealogy research experience and runs her own research business specializing in forensic and genetic genealogy.  Alyssa enjoys using her research skills to help others by volunteering with various organizations to help people identify biological relatives, find long lost family and friends, or assist law enforcement on cold cases. Her strong research and problem-solving skills and her passion for helping others make her a great addition to the Lauth Investigations team.

Amanda is a Claims Researcher for Lauth Investigations, Return Assets Division. She has acquired a Bachelors degree in Communications and has worked in marketing and sales for large companies such as Turner Broadcasting, Microsoft and the U.S. Army.  She is a licensed real estate broker in Washington State and is accustomed to handling complex contracts. She is mother to a teenage daughter, loves to travel, play tennis and softball and cheer on her Georgia Bulldogs during football season.

Anita has earned a Bachelor’s degree in business administration and a Master’s degree in human resources management. Anita also has an ABA- approved paralegal certificate from Roosevelt University. Anita previously worked in law enforcement and has an extensive customer service background.

Arlene Frank has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.  She worked for a Certified Public Accounting firm for over 13 years as an Administrative Assistant.  Arlene is detail oriented and enjoys researching information on the Internet.  In addition, she was an active member of the PTO at a small charter school as Secretary for 1 year and Treasurer for 2 years.

Bryan has a BA from the University of California Davis. A serial entrepreneur who has worked extensively for IT and tech startups in the US and Europe, he is experienced managing multi-faceted issues with multiple stakeholders. Bryan is great at solving problems, and very passionate about returning money and assets to their rightful owners!

As a Performance Coach in the field of personal and professional development, one of the most rewarding parts of Carol’s job is helping people discover a solution that not only solves their problems but also creates opportunities that are often hidden behind a veil of challenges.

One of Carol’s core values is that of servant leadership: to help others grow and prosper, and thereby helping herself and the organization grow. This starts by developing a relationship built on trust and demonstrating credibility through action. An inevitable win-win for all!

Cherie has more than of 35 years experience in the insurance industry and has a vast knowledge of understanding insurance contracts, laws and claim processing. She owned and operated C. L. Berenato Insurance, LLC from 2005 until 2017 when she merged her agency with 3 partners creating a conglomerate corporation with agencies located in Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi and Florida. At the time of her retirement she was Chief Operating Officer of EIG Insurance Corporation and her primary responsibility was restructuring agencies after acquisitions and creating work flow processes that aligned all agencies' operations to adhere to Fiduciary Audit and Underwriting Procedures at a State and Federal level while managing multiple insurance companies Underwriting Guidelines required by brokerage firms for the agencies. Cherie retired from the insurance business in 2019.

In 2020, after realizing retirement was not for her, she came on board with Lauth Investigations as a Claim Researcher.

When Cherie is not working, she enjoys spending her time with her family including her husband, Ron, their children and 5 grandchildren who are the apples of her eyes, boating, traveling and gardening.

Born & raised in Denver, Colorado, Chrissy is a devoted wife of 22 years and proud mother of two teenage daughters.

Chrissy now resides in Somerset, Kentucky where she and her husband are senior pastors of Victory Christian Fellowship Church. She has served in many ministries over the years: Mothers of Pre-schoolers, children's, youth, led a marriage ministry for 20 years and is currently the Director of Women's Ministry. Chrissy has worked many administrative positions in the school system and banking throughout the years. She also has been in the cake industry for 13 years, where she owned and operated "Cake Me Away" for 3 years.

She enjoys exercising daily, coffee, traveling, encouraging those around me, and growing/learning as an individual. Her greatest joy & accomplishment is her husband and beautiful daughters.

Dana has over 20 years of experience as an Organizational Development business leader and a Spiritual Life coach. Dana has degrees in both Criminal Justice and Business Development but her passion is helping people achieve their goals. Dana also has a passion for solving the unsolvable, which is a great asset in recovering lost assets. Dana’s personal goal is to put a smile on the face of every with whom she speaks!

Dayna Oakes is a Claims Researcher for Lauth Investigations, Return Assets Division.

Diane has over a decade experience in Real Estate building strong relationships and helping others achieve their goals. Specializing in Customer Service she believes that a foundation of honesty and integrity leads to positive solutions. In her spare time Diane enjoys painting and spending quality time with family and friends.

After a 20 plus year career in the publishing industry, I am currently pursuing my B.S. in Legal Studies with a minor in Criminal Justice. I am an avid reader and my all time favorite hobby is fishing! I am driven to provide the best possible customer service and approach each client situation with an eagerness to serve.

Erin is an entrepreneur and has had the privilege of owning and operating her own business for the past 10 years. Erin enjoys helping others and believes that operating with honesty and integrity is of utmost importance.

Ginna resides in the Houston area after living in Virginia, Kansas, Toronto, Singapore, and London. She has an Associate’s degree in Court Reporting and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Houston. She has worked in the oil and gas market, a private investigator, and business owner in the photography industry. She is a compassionate individual who thrives in helping others.

Grace Ellison has been an avid researcher for most of her professional and adult life, her diligence earning her a Bachelor of Arts inHistory from the University of California at Santa Cruz. Her professional life has focused on communication, sales and customer service. In her free time, she plays music, writes, and both learns and translates other languages. Overall, she loves to learn new things and follows that passion in her work and personal life – this dedication to curiosity is a constant and is what she brings to the team here at Lauth. It’s a dedication to getting things done right, to follow every lead, every piece of information to make sure we have the full picture.  

Karen is originally from upstate NY but now resides in sunny Colorado. Karen has more than 20 years of experience in accounting, customer service, and commercial credit and collections. Working as a Claim Researcher for Lauth Investigations since September 2013, Karen also freelances part-time, enjoying a balance of both sedentary and active work. Karen’s outside interests are cooking, studying naturopathy, and spending time with her three  grandchildren.

Kathleen Fast, Claims Research Specialist and Mentor works in the Black Forest of Colorado Springs. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and Denver Seminary. She loves solving puzzles on the job and off the job. She's an escape room artist, either building them or busting out of them. If there's a solution to finding your lost assets, she'll find it!

Kimberly is a Claims Researcher for Lauth Investigations, Return Assets Division. She has acquired a bachelors degree in liberal studies and has dedicated herself to helping others as a teacher, through customer service, and management. She is results driven and believes success is accomplished with integrity and hard work. When not working however, she can often be on an adventure with her family preferably near the ocean!

Kimberly has over 25 years of experience in cultivating relationships via direct sales and marketing. She has experience in a plethora of industries that include Sales, Travel, Hospitality, Marketing, and Automotive. She has completed college coursework in Communications and operated and consulted with small and large businesses. Kimberly has a passion for problem solving and helping others. Her personal motto is to simply treat others as you would like to be treated.

Mary Nichols has 30 years of experience as a Senior Account Manager working in the medical, financial and educational fields. Her diverse industry background is valuable as a researcher, and she has exceptional listening, customer service and problem-solving skills. She is a graduate of Virginia Tech (Go Hokies) with a Bachelors in Resource Management.

She has an interest in genealogy, and is working on a Genealogy Certificate. Her outside interests include spending time with her family in Smithfield, Virgina. Special members of Mary's family include her two grandson's Arthur and Leon and her own furry friends, Moose, Ozzy and Maizy. Long early morning walks in Castle Park are a favorite exercise.

Nick Bare is a Claims Researcher for Lauth Investigations. He has earned a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University and has experience working in claims for over 7 years along different lines of business. Nick is a hardworking, detailed professional who is extremely passionate about returning money and assets to back to their rightful owners.

Patrick Cannon is a Claims Researcher for Lauth Investigations. He is dedicated and committed to serving others with over 30 years in the public service field. Patrick is an Army Veteran where he served as a Military Police Investigator. He is a retired police Detective/Lieutenant. Patrick also has experience in investigating appeals of denied medical benefits and financial claims. Patrick considers himself a skilled, compassionate advocate with a strong desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.

Yolanda spent 22 years as a business owner in the financial sector assisting both public and privately held companies with their venture capital raises. She left the industry in 2016 and spent the next couple of years working for a local non-profit organization where she found her true passion: helping others. She thoroughly enjoys her work with Lauth Investigations and believes that operating with honesty and integrity is of utmost importance.

Renee has spent the majority of her years helping others; in the field of education as an elementary teacher and Reading Specialist, Sunday School teacher and Director, and avid volunteer. She loves to research, is solution oriented and strives to make each encounter with people a beneficial one. Joining Lauth Investigations: Return Assets Division has given her the opportunity to continue helping others through assisting them with returning assets that rightfully belong to them. She loves her family, including her husband, three grown children and their families. The latest family addition, Raleigh, a bernedoodle puppy, is adding lots of outdoor adventure and fun for her and her family.

Roberta Wiener is a Claims Researcher for Lauth Investigations, Return Assets Division. She is from Worcester, Massachusetts and received an MBA degree in Finance and Accounting from Clark University. Roberta worked for many years as a Business Systems Analyst for the Insurance and Banking industry. She also worked for an Educational Travel company as Chairperson for the Admissions Committee. While working for the travel company, she had the opportunity to visit 44 countries. Now, in her spare time, Roberta carves bird sculptures and decorative signs and plaques.

Stacie French is an entrepreneur with servant's heart. She previously worked in cellular sales, customer service, quality assurance and as a regional sales manager. Years ago, she helped her grandparents find unclaimed assets throughout the United States. Since then, she says it has been her honor to work with Lauth Investigations as a claim researcher to serve families and to make the process easier for them to recover assets. Stacie enjoys her family, especially her grandchildren, camping and enjoying life with her husband.

Stephanie has over twenty year's experience in the Real Estate industry, building strong relationships and helping others achieve their goals. Specializing in Sales and Customer Service, she believes that a foundation of honesty and integrity leads to positive results. In her spare time Stephanie enjoys hiking, waterfall chasing, spending quality time with family, friends, and of course the fur-pups.

Sue is an accomplished sales executive, project manager, and entrepreneur. She holds an Executive MBA from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Business, and a BA from the University of St. Thomas. She is also a certified Fulfillment Life Coach. Helping people is what brings her joy.
