Julie Randall is the Director of Human Resources for Lauth Investigations. Originally from Vancouver Canada, she found her way to Colorado over twenty years ago. Her career in human resources has put her in a position to work extensively in assisting others with mental health. She finds herself at Lauth Investigations, guiding the many people that make up this company. Outside of work, Julie is a passionate sports fan, an avid reader, and enjoys spending time with her family.

Aleaha Greeley is the Recruiting Coordinator here at Lauth Investigations. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, she has previously used her skills for recruiting at Microsoft, Doordash, and Lime. Aleaha has a talent for seeing the best in people, and uses that talent to find candidates for roles here at Lauth Investigations. Outside of work, Aleaha has a passion for baseball, specifically for the Seattle Mariners, and is always ready to go Antiquing.

Lucas Gardner is a Legal Claims and Administrative Intern for Lauth Investigations. Homegrown in Evergreen, Colorado, Lucas recently graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelor’s in Political Science and History. A passionate Denver Nuggets fan, Lucas loves what Colorado has to offer. Enjoying nature while skiing and time at the lake, Lucas is using this time at Lauth to sharpen his skills while working in an office setting while handling very sensitive information.

Peter Kovacs has practiced law in Indiana for over 25 years. As a Partner in a local law firm, and now as a sole practitioner, Peter has represented small to medium sized businesses in a variety of ways including regulatory, litigation, and transactional matters. Peter is admitted to practice in the Indiana State Courts, and the Southern District of Indiana. Prior to being admitted to practice in Indiana Peter was a Supervisor in Foreign Treasury Operations for both Goldman Sachs and HSBC Bank in New York City. Peter graduated from the University of Connecticut, Storrs with a B.A. in Economics in 1984 and from Indiana University Law School, Indianapolis with a J.D. in 1992.

Lyzzette Avila is the Office Manager for Lauth Investigations International. After getting her degree at Florida Technical University, she began a long career, working with people from all over the world. Her career has spanned working with a Marina, Real Estate and Probate Courts, as she was able to translate her skillset across several industries. Lyzzette now finds herself assisting those at Lauth. She is passionate about classic cars with her brother, traveling, restoring and selling them. Her favorite that they have found is the 1957 White Impala.

Trista Grimm is Lauth Investigation International’s Administrative Assistant. Originally from Seattle, Washington, Trista was able to achieve a degree in Medical Administrative Assistance, which assists her in her job here. Now in Colorado, she has been active in several organizations, including the American Legion and with local law enforcement, and is very creative when it comes to planning and organizing. “It is always the small things that make a big impact”. Trista loves spending time with her family, which include two dogs and a cat.

Carie McMichael is a recent graduate of Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in creative writing. She is a blogger, young adult writer, and fledgling podcaster.  As the new Communications and Media Specialist for Lauth Investigations, she hopes to bring a positive and captivating voice to the firm through her writing.

Zach Marquis is a graduate of Marshall University with a Master’s in Journalism and Mass Communications. An amateur film maker, comic writer, and Seahawks fan, his unique skillset for story telling and critical eye allows him to naturally fit as Lauth’s Social Media Coordinator. A proud son of West Virginia, Zach moved to Colorado in 2022 in pursuit of a new story to tell.
